Throughout my life I have tried to do the right things, things that anyone would expect in a civilized society.

I always put my shopping carts back where they belong,

I don't park in handicap areas unless I remember to bring my handicap card,

I never block fire hydrants, etc, etc.

I'm a little older than most people and younger than many but I tip my hat to ladies, open doors for them and hold chairs for them.

When I meet men I shake their hand and look them in the eye.

I have however known jerks like the one that probably parked this car and does none of the things I mentioned doing.

Hopefully the same boob that parked this car also owns it. This picture brought a genuine smile to my face, thank you, justice does prevail!
